Kaseko is an original style of music from Surinam. An unnamed Kaseko melody from the collection of Ronald Snijders is the starting point for Kaseko Fever. In his collection the piece was given the number A50, which nitially was also the title. The swinging melody was the arranger's inspiration to produce this fantasy; the imaginative part of the conga drum is the driving force.
