Description:
Just as John Dixon’s Hymns of the Fruited Plain (70/2449L) celebrated the hymnody of his adopted homeland, the United States, this volume honors the music of his birthplace, England. Drawing on favorite hymns from his childhood as a choirboy, Dixon offers creative and practical organ settings of beloved hymns found in nearly every hymnal, making them ideal for use in worship.
