Description:
A collection of ten pieces, featuring nine beloved traditional hymns and spirituals alongside one original composition by Darren Fellows. Includes 'Amazing Grace', 'Swing Low, Sweet Chariot', 'His Eye Is on the Sparrow', 'What a Friend We Have in Jesus', and the original 'Oh Lord, Give Me a Sign'.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced organists, church musicians expanding their harmonic vocabulary, or jazz players seeking spiritually grounded repertoire for the console.
Arranged by Darren Fellows, these pieces blend traditional gospel melodies with modern jazz techniques - seventh chords, syncopated rhythms, and sophisticated voice leading - idiomatically tailored for the organ and perfect for both worship and performance contexts.
