Description:
This collection contains numerous examples of cheerful music for use in church services or concerts, possibly as an encore such as the Tarantella at the end. The "Akademische Spaß", for example, is a small commissioned work, while the "Fröhliche Spiel" was premiered at a summer service in Sankt Petri in Mühlhausen. The purpose of the organ music for children is clear from its name. Three quieter pieces are interspersed as a change of perspective and contrast.
Stitched edition.
