The Toccata on the Pentecost hymn "Veni creator spiritus" was initially composed in 2002 as a chorale prelude with the Cantus Firmus in the bass. This work was only revised by the composer at the end of 2011 with the expected publication and took on its final form.
Inspired by a French organ toccata, here is a work that will touch and inspire organists and listeners on the Christian feast of Pentecost (and also on other days).
