Description:
Remi Tamai is a classical concert pianist, Paul Mindy is a traditional percussionist. From very different musical universes, they met through and for music.
With these 4 pieces, they offer to work 'differently', to transmit to young musicians their musical specificity (particular colors of the Japanese universe and rhythmic reflections from Africa, Brazil, Cuba or elsewhere) and thus open a common concert repertoire.
Instruments: piano 1 and 2, gumboots, body percussion (with shime, triangle, rattlesnake, surdo, shaker, agogo, maracas).
All audio recordings (with playbacks) as well as body percussion videos are available and visible on Youtube.com/henrylemoine
