Description:
Preface by Erik Orsenna of the Académie Française
Here are some very simple jazz pieces for the beginner pianist.
To understand the spirit, and how to play them, the easiest way is to listen to the record once.
The student chooses his piece, works on it, and can then listen to the record again to be sure of swinging like a grown-up. They can even play along with the drummer and bassist on the record!
It's that simple!
Have fun!
