This collection of classical music for beginners aims to take piano students and amateur pianists on a journey through three eras of music history (Baroque, Classical & Romantic) with composers from many European countries to America. Great masters such as Bach, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Schumann, Tchaikovsky, MacDowell and many more are represented.

The pieces are arranged in such a way that they are suitable for players in their first year of learning and thus enable beginners to discover the wonderful world of classical music. The compositions have been carefully selected according to pedagogical criteria and are arranged progressively in order of difficulty. Parallel to each piano school, those pieces can be picked out which correspond to the respective playing level.

"My first classical piano booklet" is also ideally suited for beginners to refresh their previously acquired skills with the very easy arrangements at the beginning of the book and to form a seamless transition to the acquisition of new skills as the book progresses. More advanced amateur pianists can also practise their sight-reading with this varied repertoire and at the same time get to know new works and composers. Easy-to-read keys make it possible to grasp the pieces quickly and encourage a fluent playing style as well as motivation to practise. We hope you enjoy this musical journey of discovery!
