Description:
Students will enjoy the scampering sound depicted in this late elementary solo written in A minor. Staccatos are used throughout the piece but are contrasted with some two-note slurs. There are a number of register changes, allowing the hands to 'scamper' up and down the keyboard using different major and minor five-finger patterns.
