About this edition
The original manuscripts have been destroyed, so our score is based on the 1973 edition. I wish to thank Orlando Bass for his help in finalizing the musical text according to the original. However, with permission of Tamara Shamo (the composer's daughter), I did correct some obvious mistakes such as octaviations, accidentals, missing or misplaced articulations. I also added a few fingerings.
