Description:
The arrangement of the 12 pieces in the second volume follows the technical progression of fingerings in the cello school "Early Beginnings on the Cello". In the last pieces of the collection, the narrow and wide positions are introduced.
The "Cello Recital Album", Volume 2, can be used as a supplement to Volumes 2 and 3 of the cello school "Early Beginnings on the Cello" (BA 9692 and BA 9693).
New booklets for the "Sassmannshaus":
- Enchanting collections with simple pieces in the first position
- Each piece with piano accompaniment for performance in student concerts
- Alternatively, a second cello part offers the opportunity to play duets with the teacher during lessons. This early introduction to chamber music gives the young cellist pleasure, creates self-confidence and trains musical perception as a whole.
- The two booklets (BA 8994 and BA 8995) are designed as companion editions to the "Early Beginnings on the Cello" school. However, they can be used just as well as a supplement to any other cello school.
- The collections contain rarely published pieces by well-known cellists and teachers such as Wilhelm Fitzenhagen, Hugo Schlemüller and August Nölck.
