Above The Firmament

From the very first bars, a mysterious and luminous atmosphere is created, suggesting the vastness of space and the depth of infinity. The music gradually unfolds and alternates between great tenderness and majestic climaxes, sometimes reflecting the calm of the sky, sometimes its unfathomable power. Herbert Jarosch creates a sonorous world full of colors and contrasts, in which every idea seems to hover between dream and reality. The work is characterized by its expressive tonal language and its ability to create a wordless narrative. With this musical fresco, the composer offers a haunting, almost spiritual experience.
