Description:
The 54 two-part movements such as Fantazie, Pavan, Ayre, Courante, Saraband, Jigg for a high and a low instrument has survived in a compiled manuscript with consort music. We also recommend a performance which includes a continuo instrument (a realisation is included). The movements can be subdivided into suites on the basis of keys. They are of medium difficulty with some unusual and unexpected harmonies.
