Description:
The series "Bärenreiter's Concert Pieces" presents three further, easily playable works by Oskar Rieding (BA 8982), Friedrich Seitz (BA 8979) and Joseph-Hector Fiocco (BA 8977). The editions include the concert violin part and a piano part for the accompanying pianist. The series is edited by Kurt Sassmannshaus, the internationally renowned violin pedagogue and innovator of the Sassmannshaus violin school tradition. His forewords introduce the small works of art and give tips for successful first concerts. The editions are ideal continuations of the Saßmannshaus school editions and can in part be studied in parallel from the third volume onwards, but can also be used independently of the violin school used in each case. The series leads pupils to an increasingly demanding repertoire with increasing levels of difficulty.
