An innovative new arrangement of this popular English Christmas carol. "In this work, I wanted to focus on the story of Joseph within the famous legend of Jesus’ birth. This arrangement is my reflection on the unknown and on doubt, and ultimately on trust. While working on the opus, I also considered the acoustical possibilities of the performance room and how to explore them fully in a single piece. The work was created in collaboration with the vocal group Latvian Voices, who allowed me to experiment by dividing the group into two trios and placing them in different positions within the concert venue".
