In this expressive arrangement published by Editions Marc Reift, the flugelhorn takes center stage as a brilliant solo instrument. With its warm, soulful timbre, it unfolds the touching melody of the young street child of Buenos Aires, accompanied by a richly textured brass ensemble (10 to 11 players) and two percussionists delivering the authentic rhythmic pulse. This piece is an emotional highlight for any concert program, offering both the soloist and the ensemble the perfect platform for musical depth and sonorous brilliance. The edition includes the complete score and parts.
