Description:
The beautiful waltz op. 410 for brass 5-tet
Over the course of many years of collaboration with the professional ensemble "graz chamber brass", numerous arrangements for brass quintet have been created. This arrangement of the "Frühlingsstimmen Walzer" was also commissioned for the ensemble's "Viennese Program". This concert waltz by Johann Strauss Sohn (1825-1899) can justifiably be described as a "must have" for the perfect concert program. A wonderful piece for the musical accompaniment of festive occasions - here in the instrumentation for brass quintet: 2 trumpets, horn, tenor horn/euphonium (solo) and tuba.
Instrumentation:
1st trumpet in Bb, 2nd trumpet in Bb, horn in F, euphonium in Bb (+C part), tuba in C (+Bb part), euphonium in C (instead of horn)
