Description:
This short work for wind quintet was composed to celebrate the centenaries of Boulez and Berio. The playful title refers to famous delicacies that are produced in the birthplaces of each composer. It was commissioned by Britten Pears Arts for the 2025 Aldeburgh Festival, and first performed on 20th June 2025 at Jubilee Hall, Aldeburgh by Ensemble Renard. Duration: c.5 minutes
