His catalogue of works includes several concertos, mainly for oboe, and chamber music, including the Duo for flute or oboe and bassoon published here. The first edition (Universal Edition, 1982), which was made from a copy from the holdings of the Gesellschaft der Musikfreunde in Vienna, is out of print, which is why we have decided to publish a new edition of this work. On the cover page of the manuscript is noted: Duetto in G. - Flauto ò Oboe - Fagotto - Del' Sigh: Fischer. Small carelessness of the first printing has been corrected.
