About the arrangement:
The present arrangement was commissioned for flute, 3 clarinets and bass clarinet, but can
also be scored variably, preferably in various woodwind chamber music ensembles.
Possible further variations (suggestions):
- flute, oboe, 3 clarinets (with bass clarinet)
- clarinet quintet (E flat clarinet and bass clarinet) - saxophone quintet (with soprano saxophone)
- flute, oboe, clarinet, horn, bassoon
- further useful constellations
The following parts are available:
1. Part in C/B/E flat: (suitable for flute, oboe, soprano saxophone, E flat clarinet)
2. Part in C/B flat: (suitable for oboe, B flat clarinet, alto saxophone)
3. Part in B flat/E flat/F: (suitable for B flat clarinet, alto saxophone, horn)
4. Part in C/B (also T.C.), F: (suitable for Bb clarinet, tenor saxophone, horn, bassoon) 5th part in C/B/
