Description:
These are the two lightest movements from Mussorgsky's Pictures At An Exhibition, and as such make great capriccio showpieces for clarinet choir. In particular, the Eb clarinet gets to show off its squeakiest register. Tuileries makes for good practice of ensemble dynamics and articulation, and Ballet Of The Unhatched Chicks is a workout for trills and grace notes. Also included are these movements' framing Promenades.
