Tilmann Dehnhard

99 Tiny Tunes

Short and yet good - that is the concept of this edition, which contains 99 short pieces for solo flute, with which you can keep yourself in shape creatively. As miniatures, some of which are only eight bars long, the musical ideas convince with different thoughts and moods.

Exact rhythms and precise timing, paired with accurate phrasing and articulation form the core of practicing.

Dehnhard moves through the circle of fifths in the middle range at various tempi. The free online audio files contain demo versions that convey groove, phrasing, and precision, as well as play-alongs and chord symbols.

If you're short on practice time, you'll find a great selection of material here to help you concentrate on the essentials and find your favourite tune.
