Description:
Kuhlau's compositions for flute were almost exclusively written in Copenhagen, the more weighty works probably within the years 1824 to 1829. Among these may be counted the Sonata op. 85 in A minor as well as the Duos op. 87 (Schott Reprint FTR 119) and also this Trio, which was first engraved by Schott in Mainz in 1828.
