Ms. Clauter's edition, as indicated in her detailed prefatory notes on fingerings, takes into account modernisations and upgrades made to the mechanism of the Oboe.
This edition also features Piano accompaniments composed by pianist John Walker. The two audio CDs included with this book contain recordings of these accompaniments performed by Mr. Walker.
