Description:
Kalevi Aho (b. 1949) composed Five mythical images for solo oboe (2015) for 60th birthday of his brother Keijo Aho, who also premiered the work. The five movement work (c. 10 minutes) is a concert piece and suitable also for advanced students. Each movement portrays a muse of the Greek mythology.
