Description:
In his oboe cycle Anno Schreier composes a time travel of different Medea receptions. The six laments refer to each other in a kind of series of variations, and in doing so they also absorb influences from other music. For example, echoes of Cherubini's Medée, or jazz and blues-like elements appear.
