Ensemble Dreiklang is a versatile trio of recorder players based in Berlin and this collection of three favourite Latin-American pieces is the latest in their 'à la carte' series. These arrangements will be enjoyed immensely by intermediate players as a change from their usual baroque and renaissance fare, either as a trio or in a full recorder orchestra. The arrangements require soprano (descant), alto (treble) and bass instruments and the pieces are: 'La Paloma' (de Yradier), 'Carmela' (trad) and the evergreen 'Tango' by Albeniz. You might like to try other titles in the series such as 'Amazing Grace' and 'Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer'.
