Description:
Hungarian Dance N° 11 for sax quartet, score 4 p. and parts. To get an idea of how this transcription sounds, you can listen to the audio sample.
The Hungarian Dances are a series of 21 dances, lacking opus numbers because J. Brahms regarded them as arrangements of popular melodies. Inspired by Hungarian and Gypsy folklore, and although famous in their orchestral versions, they were originally composed for piano four hands. The 11th dance is characterized by its distinct colors from the Gypsy folklore.
