Description:
In The Mood', played by the Glenn Miller Orchestra, is probably the most famous swing tune of all. The fact that you have a big band in mind when you hear this piece makes it particularly difficult to perform it in other instrumentations in the right style. We have taken a lot of time to bring the piece out in an arrangement for five (or alternatively just four) saxophones and are particularly pleased that we now have it in our range. It will be a highlight in any concert programme and one that many swing fans have been waiting for.
