Description:
Pas de deux for soprano saxophone, alto saxophone and piano is inspired by the dance of the same name which appears in many of the great classical. This piece mimics the five-part structure of the "Pas de deux".
During the entrée, the two soloists take turns on stage and then dance together during the adage. Afterwards, the two variations allow the soloists ta espress themselves for a while and final/y, the dancers dance together again during the coda.
