Description:
This little set of pieces was composed for Mark Walton, the much respected New Zealand-born clarinettist, saxophonist, composer, arranger and educator. Mark and his piano accompanist David Miller were the first to perform them in concert in Sydney, Australia in March 2015. The outer movements have an up-tempo Latin American feel whilst the central slow movement is in the style of a Tango. The intention has been to provide the players with an interactive musical experience which, it is hoped, will also prove entertaining for audiences.
