The elegance of the Concerto for 2 Violins follows, a piece that reveals the art of conversation between the instruments, with its rich harmonies and complex dialog between the solo violins and the orchestra. Bar 36 - Jesu, joy of man's longing. We then delve into the gentle Jesu, Joy of Man's Desiring, a soothing melody full of serenity and grace that has endured through the centuries and become one of Bach's most popular pieces. Bar 42 - Air from the Orchestral Suite No. 3 The Air from the Orchestral Suite No. 3 envelops us in an atmosphere of incomparable beauty, a majestic yet intimate piece in which the melody of the strings is expressed in all its splendor. Bar 54 - Badinerie from the Suite for Flute and Strings The Badinerie from the Suite for Flute and Strings offers us a vibrant contrast, a joyful and light movement, full of energy and virtuosity. Bar 84 - Minuet in G major for piano. With its light and graceful rhythm, the Minuet in G major for piano is reminiscent of the baroque dance par excellence, a piece full of charm and elegance. Bar 99 - Finale of the Brandenburg Concerto No. 2 We conclude this medley with the Finale of the Brandenburg Concerto No. 2, a work bursting with vibrancy and virtuosity that exemplifies the brilliant orchestration and joyful energy that characterizes Bach.
