Tuba Christmas

The fact that the tuba, with its sonorous and soothing sound, is a wonderful melodic instrument was fully showcased during the Year of the Tuba 2024. Out of the underground and into the spotlight. This booklet is designed so that even musicians who can’t read sheet music can play these songs. The "Brass Light" concept: There are ensembles and musicians who don’t play from sheet music, but only by fingerings and fingering symbols. That’s perfectly fine, because no matter which way you do it—the result is a beautiful melody. You usually get the right rhythm by feel. This playbook has been published so that these musicians—as well as those who are at home in the world of sheet music—can expand their repertoire on their trumpet, flugelhorn, tenor horn, and baritone horn. True to the motto "Understanding Fingerings." The focus isn’t on pedagogy—it’s on the joy of making music.
