An arrangement of Ave Verum by Jacques-Nicolas Lemmens for women's choir (SSAA) by Thais Janssen. At the age of 26, Lemmens was appointed organ professor at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels, where he taught Alexandre Guilmant and Charles-Marie Widor, among others. Though mostly known for his compositions for organ, he also composed a variety of vocal works, including three masses and eight motets.
