Description:
Zur weltweit bekannten "Fanfare" aus der "Suite für Orgel" von Lemmens, die durch virtuoses Laufwerk und gebrochene Dreiklänge - ähnlich einem Perpetuum mobile - aufhorchen lässt, komponierte Kurt Grahl 1998 eine "echte" Fanfarenstimme für Trompete hinzu (Fassung erschienen als E.D. 98511). Die vorliegende Fassung greifte diese erste Bearbeitung auf und fügt selbiger nun noch eine weitere Trompetenstimme oberhalb der bisherigen sowie Pauken hinzu. Damit erhält das Stück zusätzlichen Glanz und Festlichkeit. Die Substanz der Orgelstimme blieb auch in der neuen Bearbeitung unangetastet (wenngleich die neue Trompetenstimme mit einem viertaktigen Solo beginnt).
