Here's That Rainy Day was heard for the first time as a part of the 1953 Broadway musical Carneval in Flanders sung by Dolores Gray. After that, the song is performed and recorded by many of the finest artists of jazz; Frank Sinatra, Stan Kenton Orchestra, Dee Dee Brodgewater, Oscar Peterson and Bill Evans have all performed this beautiful song. This arrangement by Lars Erik Gudim is a latin flavour one, featuring flugelhorn or vocal soloist with concert band accompaniment.
