Description:
The complete edition is supplied including particell and a sufficient number of individual parts (65x) for a flexible, choral arrangement up to a large wind orchestra - see sample part for details!
This serenade does not primarily cover any particular type of music. Rather, it generally describes various forms of performance of different musical genres with an entertaining character. In the spirit of the original title 'Five Divertimenti...', it is more of a 'Small musical treasures for musical entertainment'. The present edition adheres melodically and harmonically to the original models. The logical division of the original parts has resulted in somewhat lighter individual parts. In this format, they are easy to play in terms of wind technique and interpretation for a wide variety of instrumentations.
In short, the great advantages of this edition:
- Playable as soon as parts 1 to 6 are scored once each!
- The minimum instrumentation can be extended up to the orchestra as required!
- A wide range of parts for flexible instrumentation!
- Can be played well in all conceivable instrument combinations!
- The percussion parts have generally been arranged ad lib!
