Description:
The word "kaleidoscope" comes from the Greek and means "to see beautiful shapes". A construction of mirrors and colored glass plates inside a tube opens up fantasy worlds of symmetrical colored patterns to the viewer, which can be changed again and again by turning them slightly. I have given the movements of my composition forms, movements and images as titles that open up the space for the performer's and listener's own world. A "staged" performance with a light direction is quite conceivable. (Dorothea Hofmann)
