This edition was a positive protest action against the cuts to the subjects of music and art in Bavarian elementary school from 2024/2025.
It shows how incredibly creative the young generation can be if you take them by the hand and encourage them properly. In just a few months, the renowned teacher Oliver Ringleb composed 30 new pieces for the piano together with 18 children, young people and some adults.
Volume 1 contains 16 pieces for beginners and advanced players, ranging from very easy works in the 5-note range to medium and more demanding pieces, some with chord figures. Titles such as HALLOWEEN, SHOPPING TRIP TO PARIS (4-ms), SOMMERWIND, TIEFSEE, WARMES BAD and many more invite all pianists to make lively music.
All titles can be listened to on the usual streaming portals: Oliver Ringleb MEHR MUSIK! Volume 1
Oliver Ringleb and his students will donate half of the proceeds from the sale to the charity: Musik für Kinder e.V. in Munich, which, among other things, subsidizes piano lessons for children and young people from low-income families.
