This piano reduction of Mozart's Violin Concerto in G major comes with two solo parts. One violin part offers the Urtext of the "New Mozart Edition". The tutti passages are printed in regular size for soloists who wish to play these sections together with the first violins. For the last four bars before the first solo passage, an ossia has been included in small print to enable the transition to the solo part.

The second violin part is an arranged solo part and offers line markings, fingerings and comments on performance practice.

An original cadenza by Mozart for this work has not survived. Therefore, a booklet containing cadenzas, "entrances" and fermata ornaments by Eugène Ysaÿe, Leopold Auer, Sam Franko and Martin Wulfhorst is included. This collection offers violinists a spectrum of styles that cannot be found in any other edition.

The piano reduction of the orchestral score is pianistic, clear and practicable. Solo parts and piano reduction appear with practical turnarounds and fold-out pages where necessary.
