Description:
Playing score - 2 recorders (SS/SA/ST/AA/AT) or other melody instruments. In France, during the Rococo period, much music was played on the recorder, the 'flute douce', and on the musette. Boismortier, Bâton and the Chédeville brothers were famous soloists on these instruments. Like other composers of the time, they left numerous collections intended for their students and for making music at home. From these collections, whose titles already reflect the French Rococo, some dances have been selected, which are set in the original in such a practical way that they can be played with recorders in the most diverse combinations.
