Description:
I wrote this short piece following a journey through Ireland. I was profoundly impressed by the overwhelming presence of water throughout that country, and when Laurent Estoppey asked me to write something for a group of his students, I wanted to recreate those impressions in the language of music.
The first performance was in Neuchâtel (Switzerland ) in 1996.
