The new edition of the four volumes of the "School of Violin Technique" op. 1 is essentially based on the first edition published at the beginning of the 20th century as well as on other sources from the estate.
Jaroslav Foltýn provides methodical commentaries. Like Sevcík himself, he is a violin professor at the Prague Conservatory.
