Description:
The "Tertia Symphonia" for three recorders and basso continuo is part of the *Johannes-Historie Repræsentatio harmoniaca conceptionis et nativitatis S. Joannis Baptistæ*, with which the organist and Kapellmeister Daniel Bollius (born, according to recent research, probably around 1585 in Ansbach; died around 1642, probably in Mainz) has gone down in history as a pioneer of Italian influences in the early history of the oratorio in Germany.
